Cookie Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by NOVA BENEFICIA LTD on nova-beneficia.co.uk and its connected Exchange services. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

NOVA BENEFICIA LTD, company number 17398965. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. For cookie or privacy questions, email contact@nova-beneficia.co.uk or call +44 7902 462132.

2. What cookies and similar technologies do

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage, IndexedDB, pixels and similar technologies may also remember settings, maintain a session or recognise a device. Session cookies generally end when the browser session ends; persistent cookies remain until their expiry or until removed.

A page request can disclose technical information, including an IP address and browser details, even if optional cookies are declined. Our Privacy Policy explains the purposes and lawful bases for using personal information.

3. Technologies used on our services

  • Necessary website functions and preferences: Squarespace and connected services use technologies for website operation, security and remembering cookie choices. These support the service or choices you request.

  • Performance and analytics: optional Squarespace analytics cookies measure visits, traffic sources and website use. The applicable cookies, purposes and expiry periods are described in Squarespace’s current cookie list. Not every cookie in that provider list is used on every visit.

  • Account authentication: Google Firebase uses necessary browser storage to maintain Google or verified email/password sign-in and refresh credentials. Sign-in storage may remain until you sign out or clear it. Google sign-in also uses authentication and security technologies on Google’s services.

  • Exchange sessions and shopping: the linked buyer marketplace uses the secure __Host-nbl-session session cookie, with a one-hour expiry that can be refreshed while you remain signed in. Shopping bag and saved-product preferences are kept in browser storage; clearing it can remove those preferences and they do not automatically synchronise across devices.

  • Payments: Stripe checkout, subscription management, seller onboarding and payout services use payment-session, security and fraud-prevention technologies under Stripe’s privacy information.

  • Contact-form protection: Google reCAPTCHA helps detect automated abuse and processes technical and interaction information. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms. You may contact us by email instead of using the form.

  • Advertising: Google AdSense and Google consent services are integrated into the company website. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or device identifiers for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and personalisation where permitted. Google’s advertising cookies can enable ads based on visits to this and other websites.

The linked buyer marketplace has its own necessary sign-in and shopping technologies. Its published information states that it does not use advertising or analytics scripts. Visiting an external payment or sign-in service brings that provider’s own cookie and privacy information into scope.

4. Managing your choices

The company website’s cookie banner offers Accept all, Decline all and Manage cookies. Use Cookie Preferences to reopen the controls and save your choice. The current controls distinguish necessary, performance and analytics, and advertising categories. Necessary features cannot always be switched off through the banner.

Google’s advertising consent controls may be presented separately, depending on location and the services available. Where displayed, use that message’s privacy options to manage advertising purposes and partners. Squarespace’s controls should not be assumed to control every independently integrated third-party service.

Optional advertising technologies require consent where the law requires it. Paying for membership, signing in or continuing to browse does not itself provide that consent. You can read our public business information and contact us without agreeing to optional cookies.

For further advertising information, see how Google uses information from partner sites and Google My Ad Center. Account-level advertising settings are additional controls and do not replace website consent choices.

5. Browser controls and shared devices

Your browser settings let you inspect, block or remove cookies and other site storage. To clear Exchange information, check both the company website and the buyer marketplace. Relevant Google and payment-provider domains may hold separate data.

Removing stored consent may cause a banner to appear again. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, payment or shopping features from working. Sign out when using a shared device. Changing a preference affects future use; it does not automatically erase information already processed.

6. Updates and contact

Cookie use can change as services and provider settings change. We review this policy when relevant features change; the date above identifies this version. Contact contact@nova-beneficia.co.uk for information about a particular technology or privacy request. See also our Terms & Conditions and Firebase privacy information.
