Terms & Conditions

1. About this website
This website is operated by NOVA BENEFICIA LTD, also presented as Nova Beneficia Groupe. Company number: 17398965. UK registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. Mauritius business address: Java Sparrow Lane, Rivière du Poste, Savanne, Mauritius, 60703. Contact contact@nova-beneficia.co.uk or +44 7902 462132.
2. Business information and project enquiries
We operate food truck, app creation, construction and digital management businesses in Mauritius and the United Kingdom. Descriptions are general information, not a binding quotation or confirmation of availability. Availability, service locations, appointments and any event or studio arrangements must be confirmed directly with us. Concept images are illustrations, not photographs of specific premises or completed projects.
An enquiry does not confirm a booking, create a subscription or authorise paid work. Before a project begins, scope, responsibilities, delivery, price, payment dates and any additional costs must be agreed in writing. We do not claim professional qualifications, licences or partnerships unless specifically stated and substantiated for the relevant work.
App creation and digital projects. Our App Creation Services include Android and web apps, design, prototypes, integrations, paid features, launch assistance and maintenance where agreed. A project agreement must identify the platforms, deliverables, acceptance checks, revisions, ownership and source-code handover, ongoing support and separate hosting or third-party charges. Publishing assistance does not guarantee app-store approval or advertising acceptance. Client data-processing responsibilities must be agreed for the project; this website’s Privacy Policy does not automatically describe a client’s app.
3. Creator membership: status and eligibility
The creator programme is for adults aged 18 or over, including students and aspiring creators across Commonwealth nations. The subscription price is £25 per month. Before agreeing to subscribe, obtain written confirmation of your included support, session frequency, start date, delivery arrangements and applicable terms. Contact us to discuss the package appropriate to your creator interest and location.
Membership guidance covers content planning, channels, music and business ideas. Studios, equipment, home installations, travel, accommodation, discovery tours and distribution fees are not included in the monthly price unless expressly confirmed in the agreed package. Studio access, in-person activities and equipment arrangements require separate confirmation for your location. Membership is not an investment and does not guarantee income, employment, business success, audience growth, music distribution or monetisation.
4. Membership billing, cancellation and refunds
The existing Stripe membership checkout is a recurring £25 GBP monthly subscription, not a one-off payment. It renews monthly until cancelled under the agreed subscription terms. Payment does not automatically unlock automated member features. Contact us if you have paid and are unsure what support was agreed or when it begins.
To request cancellation, email contact@nova-beneficia.co.uk using the email associated with your subscription, and include your name and a payment reference if available. Do not send full card numbers. Tell us whether you are cancelling future renewals, requesting a refund, or both. We will confirm the subscription status and any applicable refund after checking your request. If Stripe provides a customer-management link in your receipt, you may also use it.
Where UK distance-contract cancellation rights apply, you generally have 14 days from entering a service contract to cancel. If you expressly requested a service to start during that period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for service actually supplied; special rules govern fully performed services and digital content. We do not assume that visiting the site or paying waives statutory rights. Refund requests for unavailable, undelivered or misdescribed services will be considered under the agreed terms and applicable consumer law. Nothing here removes your legal rights or retrospectively changes an existing contract.
5. Lawful use and content rights
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading material. Website text, branding and artwork belong to NOVA BENEFICIA LTD or their respective owners, except where stated otherwise. You may view the website and share links. Obtain the relevant rights holder’s permission before reproducing or commercially exploiting protected material beyond what the law permits.
6. External services, accuracy and liability
External links, including links to payment-provider and privacy information, lead to services with their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or data practices. A link or use of a provider’s technology does not establish an official partnership.
We aim to keep information accurate, but availability and details may change. Confirm project-specific information before relying on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where that would be unlawful, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.
7. Contact, complaints and privacy
For a website problem, accessibility request, content concern, membership query or complaint, email contact@nova-beneficia.co.uk, identifying the page or transaction and the outcome you seek. Please give us enough information to investigate without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information handling and choices. We may update these website terms as services change. The date above identifies this version; separately agreed contracts are not changed simply by editing this page.
8. NOVA BENEFICIA EXCHANGE
NOVA BENEFICIA EXCHANGE provides seller services on this website and a linked marketplace for buyers. Participants must be at least 18. The separate Creator Membership described above does not purchase Exchange seller or Trade membership.
9. Seller and Trade membership
Each membership costs £25 per month, billed by Stripe and renewed monthly until cancelled. Buyer accounts in the marketplace are free. Sellers purchase membership on nova-beneficia.co.uk/exchange/membership before signing in with the same verified Google or email account on the main website. You review and confirm payment at Stripe checkout. Seller tools open after a successful membership payment is verified and linked to that verified email. Stripe business verification is required before products can be published or customer payments accepted. If you cannot complete seller verification, contact support about cancellation or a refund.
Seller membership includes product drafts, photo and video uploads, public product pages, social sharing links, stock control and order management on the main NOVA BENEFICIA website. Published products appear automatically in the buyer marketplace. Accepting orders also requires an eligible, verified Stripe seller account. Current seller onboarding and product delivery support UK businesses and UK delivery addresses.
Trade membership includes a public searchable business profile, service area, customer enquiries and replies in your account. Trade customers and businesses agree the work, price, payment, cancellation arrangements and qualifications directly. Trade jobs are not charged through product checkout.
You can stop future renewals through Manage billing in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless a refund, dispute or payment review requires access to be suspended. Failed or overdue payments can suspend paid tools and public listings. You retain access to your existing orders, enquiries and Stripe payout dashboard. Contact us to request a membership refund or exercise any applicable cancellation rights. These terms do not limit your statutory rights. Membership does not guarantee sales, work, income or search ranking.
10. Seller fees and payouts
The Exchange fee is 10% of the order total, including delivery, plus 50p once per order. Percentage fees round to the nearest penny, with half pennies rounded up. The minimum order total is £5. For example, a £50 order has a £5.50 platform fee and £44.50 seller proceeds before refunds or disputes. NOVA BENEFICIA LTD bears Stripe payment processing fees from its platform fee.
Stripe receives your identity, business and bank information during its secure onboarding. Do not upload identity documents or bank details to product or profile fields. Completed verification and supported account capabilities are required to receive payments. Seller proceeds are transferred through Stripe Connect. Available balances, payout schedules, withdrawals and bank details are managed in the seller’s authenticated Stripe Express dashboard. A paid order is not a promise of immediately withdrawable funds: settlement, verification, reserves and dispute holds can affect availability. The platform does not hold an Exchange wallet.
Refunds and disputes can reduce seller proceeds. A full refund issued in Exchange returns the order amount, reverses the related seller transfer and refunds the platform application fee. The platform remains responsible for its Stripe processing and platform fees. Contact Exchange support for partial refunds, disputed payments and account reconciliation.
11. Products, delivery and returns
Every product page identifies the independent supplying business, its contact address and email, price, delivery charge, dispatch time and returns instructions. Published prices must include applicable taxes. The checkout total includes the displayed delivery charge. Product payments are accepted by NOVA BENEFICIA LTD through Stripe; the named seller supplies, dispatches and supports the product. Your order record shows its confirmed payment and dispatch status.
Sellers must describe products accurately, hold the stock they list, provide safe lawful goods and honour delivery commitments, applicable cancellation rights and statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Returns instructions must explain how to request a return and where to send it; they cannot override statutory rights. Contact the seller using the product details, or contact Exchange support with your order number if an issue is unresolved. A seller must not mark an order dispatched before sending it.
Only physical products that Stripe permits can be listed. Counterfeit, stolen, recalled or unsafe goods, weapons, controlled drugs, gambling, financial products and adult content are prohibited. Do not make misleading health, earnings or qualification claims. Sellers are responsible for permissions to use their content and their business’s applicable legal and tax obligations. Exchange may remove listings and suspend paid access for safety, fraud, policy breaches or payment reviews. Report a listing to our support email with its URL.
12. Trade businesses
Businesses remain independent. Membership does not verify qualifications, confer insurance, transfer a licence or make the member an employee or representative of NOVA BENEFICIA LTD. Company SIC codes classify activities and are not shared permits. Customers should verify experience, registrations and insurance relevant to the work and obtain a written agreement before booking.
13. Sharing and promotion
Published product and trade pages have shareable links and search metadata. Sharing tools prepare links and text for your own Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or other business accounts. They do not automatically publish posts, connect advertising accounts, purchase adverts or guarantee reach. Ad costs and platform rules are set by the selected channel.
14. Accounts, content and data
Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private and upload only material you have permission to use. Do not publish confidential customer information, unlawful content, counterfeit goods, misleading claims or content that infringes another person’s rights. Contact us with the listing URL to report a concern.
Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for account, order, shipping, service-email and storage information. The marketplace’s buyer information, payment and returns page also explains these services. Existing contracts and applicable statutory rights are not changed merely by updating this website page.
15. Sending a cancellation request
You may email contact@nova-beneficia.co.uk or write to NOVA BENEFICIA LTD, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. Clearly identify the membership or service, your name, the email used for the subscription, the date you joined or ordered and any available reference. State whether you are cancelling future renewals, exercising a statutory cancellation right, requesting a refund, or more than one of these.
You may use this wording: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for [membership or service], ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my subscription email is [email] and my reference is [reference, if available]. Please confirm cancellation and any applicable refund.” You do not have to use this wording to make a valid cancellation request. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.
